Job Description:

Duties: Will serve as a Scrum Master/Delivery lead to join the Financial

Solutions research and delivery team.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Accountable for leading multiple tracks to effective delivery of

desired scope

• Facilitate the team’s delivery through Agile with a focus on

guiding the teams towards improving the way they work

• Project manage team dependencies internally and externally with

vendors and cross company partners

• Removal or escalation of road blocks to allow team progress

• Manage the operating plan and budgeting for the program

• Report status and team metrics to senior management and steering

committee

• Understand business outcomes and how to achieve them and influence

in shaping the product roadmap

• Drive continuous improvement within the team and share with the

larger program

• Promote a healthy team culture that strives in an innovation,

motivated and self-directed environment

• Utilize expert knowledge about project management concepts to play

a servant leader role in leading teams to success.

Requirements: Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer

Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems or closely

related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) as well as 5

years of experience in job offered or 5 years of experience project

managing mid-size technology projects within a financial services equity

trading environment. Experience must include: Demonstrated Expertise (DE)

developing financial services equity trading applications following

advanced Agile development methodologies and using collaboration tools –

RTC, Resultspace, JIRA; DE utilizing financial planning tools-- retirement

planning calculators, Alternate Minimum Tax planning, reverse mortgage

calculator, solvers for calculating age based modeling, and Health Savings

Accounts planning -- to perform stochastic asset liability modeling as well

as utilizing cash flow engines for product delivery; DE developing Java

based, high performance distributed service oriented architectures using

Web development tools; Spring MVC, iBatis ORM frameworks; SPLUNK for log

analysis; and versioning and continuous builds using Eclipse, Rational

ClearCase, Maven and Hudson; DE project managing the build and development

of asset management technology, including coordinating vendor relationships

and deliverables, performing risk mitigation, conflict resolution, release

management, scheduling, benchmarking developer productivity, and managing

budgets.
