The Accounting Assistant will support the accounting and finance departments by performing bookkeeping and accounting tasks. The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for reconciling bank records, drafting financial documents, invoicing customers, and collecting payments. Then this is the Accounting Assistant opportunity for you!Your responsibilities- Collaborate with the Accounting team by creating and editing financial documents- Assist with administrative duties as necessary- Evaluate financial budgets and track expenses- Engage with clients as necessary via email and phone- Perform day-to-day accounting duties including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and payroll, payroll tax filings, booking journal entries, reconciling credit card and bank account- Reconcile financial books by working with incoming and outgoing funds- Own the bookkeeping processes of the company
