Job Description:
Physician Workload This position would be seeing patients in
primary care settings in the Lancaster clinic and overseeing
approximately 50 providers in primary care, behavioral health and
outpatient medicine throughout the five clinics. Payer mix 35%
Medicare, 15% Medicaid, 35% Commercial, balance is other Age
distribution pediatric to geriatric, high elderly population in
area Patients per day Average 20-24 for full day office visits 28
hours direct patient care out of Lancaster office, 9 hours Med Dir
admin hours, 3 practice admin hours Tertiary Care/Transfer
Facilities Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center (DHMC) in Lebanon, NH
Approximately 1.5- hour drive or 20-minute flight Catholic Medical
Center (CMC) in Manchester, NH - Approximately 2-hour drive
Requirements Must be COVID vaccinated at least 2 years admin
experience
