Our client in the MetroWest area of MA is seeking an ONSITE Consulting Civil / Structural Engineer for a period of at least 7 months, with the potential for extension, or possibly direct hire in the future. This is a high profile project for a well respected organization with an established client and requires an onsite presence in their office in the MetroWest area due to the confidential nature of the work. The Consulting Civil Engineer will be provided with training and then be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: analyzing and reviewing drawings, reports, and design changes; executing automated scripts and performing manual pass / fail verification; and performing detailed assessments and evaluations such as averaging and section cuts. All applicants will need to be ONSITE DAILY, be able to pass a full 7 year Background Check, and sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement.

To be considered you must have:BS in Civil or Structural Engineering
Experience working on projects around concrete design to include analyzing and reviewing fabricator drawings, reports, and design changes; executing automated scripts and performing manual pass / fail verification; and performing detailed assessments and evaluations such as averaging and section cuts
Exposure to engineering simulation / automation software, preference would be Ansys
Ability to work well in a team environment and on repetitive tasks
Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Available to begin this project the first or second week of December
Willingness and ability to do all of the following: work ONSITE DAILY at our client's site in the MetroWest area of MA for a period of at least 7 months, pass a full 7 year State and Federal Background Check, and sign an NDA
