Job Description:
CHEP, a Brambles company, is seeking a skilled Automation
Technician to join our innovative Industrial Services &
Manufacturing team. As a leader in supply chain solutions, CHEP

in our advanced manufacturing processes. The Automation Technician
will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our automated
systems to ensure operational efficiency and reliability. Perform
routine maintenance and troubleshooting of automated and robotic
systems. Implement and monitor upgrades and modifications to
existing automation equipment. Collaborate with engineering teams
to enhance system performance and sustainability. Ensure compliance
with safety standards and regulations at all times. Provide
technical support and training to other team members. Analyze
system performance and make recommendations for improvement.
Proficiency in programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Strong
understanding of mechanical, electrical, and software systems in an
industrial environment. Ability to interpret blueprints and
schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to
detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Medical

Certified Automation Professional (CAP) preferred. Experience with
specific automation software or systems relevant to the
manufacturing industry may be required.
