Physical Therapist III Job Description
Experienced Physical Therapist needed to lead clinical operations and provide expert care in a new pediatric PT clinic in Weymouth, MA.
Job Summary
The Physical Therapist III will be responsible for:

• 
  
• Clinical Expertise: Demonstrating expert-level clinical reasoning in providing physical therapy services, including care for patients with complex, rare, and multiple dysfunctions.
  
• Diagnostic Evaluations: Performing diagnostic evaluations upon referral and in accordance with departmental and professional guidelines and standards.
  
• Treatment Planning: Utilizing advanced clinical reasoning skills for selection and fabrication of orthotics, adaptive equipment, and technology for patients.
  
• Leadership and Supervision: Planning, organizing, and overseeing daily clinical operations, supervising Physical Therapy staff, and developing quality improvement programs.
  
• Professional Development: Self-identifying, developing, and maintaining clinical expertise, professional knowledge, and skills through participation in professional organizations and continuing education programs.
  
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Leading and participating in patient care rounds, team meetings, and departmental committees to plan patient care and facilitate integration and coordination of services.
  
  Requirements
  
  • 
    
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
    
  • Experience: Minimum of five to seven years of previous experience, with pediatric experience highly preferred.
    
  • Licensure: State of MA PT licensure.
