  • Provide OT services in a busy outpatient rehabilitation clinic
  • Treat a wide range of orthopedic diagnoses, occasional neuro cases
  • Collaborate with a team of PTs and OTs
  • Maintain 65% productivity (approx. 10-12 patients/day)
  • Communicate effectively and manage time efficiently
  • Adapt to schedule changes and support a team-oriented environmentRequirements:
    • Active Massachusetts OT License
    • BLS for Healthcare Providers
    • 1+ year in outpatient setting
    • 2 years of acute care experience -Preferred Qualifications:
      • Experience with orthopedic and neurological conditions
      • Strong communication and time management skills
      • Self-motivated, flexible, and a team player
      • Comfortable working with a diverse patient populationDepartment Details: -
