Physical Therapist for Early Intervention Program*Per-diem rates available, sign-on bonus!Are you a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist looking to make a difference in the lives of young children? Join our team at The Groden Network as we embark on a rewarding journey of early intervention.Position: Early Intervention PTProgram Focus: Infant and Toddler Development Key Responsibilities:- Conduct assessments to determine individualized treatment plans.- Provide physical therapy services to children aged 0-3 years.- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support developmental goals.- Educate and guide families on at-home exercises and activities.- Monitor and document progress. Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree required; Masters/Doctoral degree preferred.- Valid RI licensure as a PT required.2+ years' experience providing treatment to infants and toddlers (birth to age three) in a family-focused, home-based setting.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in the trans-disciplinary provision of services required.Commitment to a family-centered, compassionate approach.Advanced knowledge in one or more special treatment areas, such as NDT, second language and/or experience working with minority racial, ethnic, and immigrant populations preferred.Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.CPR/FA Certification required.Must have a valid drivers license, current auto insurance, and safe driving record.Access to a personal vehicleBenefits:The Groden Network has an excellent comprehensive benefit package.
