Local: $2,650/36-hours Requirements: Associate's or Bachelor's
degree in Nursing (BSN preferred) Current and unrestricted RN
license in Massachusetts BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Fetal
Monitoring certification (or willingness to obtain) Prior
experience in labor and delivery, obstetrics, or women’s health
preferred Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient
advocacy skills Responsibilities: Provide direct care to mothers
during labor, delivery, and recovery Monitor maternal and fetal
vitals, contractions, and labor progress Assist with inductions,
pain management, and emergencies Educate and support mothers and
families Develop and implement individualized care plans Maintain
accurate EMR documentation Provide postpartum care, newborn
assessments, and discharge education Ensure compliance with
hospital policies and best practices Respond to obstetric
