February 25, 2026 Location: Saint Johnsbury, Vermont Compensation:
Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Night Shift –
primarily adult patients with occasional pediatrics; 48-hour
contract (36 hours guaranteed during orientation week due to
midweek start) Highlights: Work in a 25-bed critical access
hospital serving a diverse patient population Provide comprehensive
medical, surgical, outpatient, observation, swing bed, and
pediatric care Utilize Meditech EMR system in a dynamic Med/Surg
unit Collaborate with Clinical Nurse Lead and Nursing Supervisor in
a supportive team environment Enjoy the natural beauty and
year-round outdoor recreation of Vermont's Northeast Kingdom
Requirements: Minimum 3 years acute care experience required
Current Vermont RN or multi-state RN licensure BLS (American Heart
Association) and ACLS certification Meditech experience preferred
Flu vaccination required (no exceptions) All credentials must be
uploaded 5 business days before start date Note: This is not a
pediatric-only position; pediatric-only RNs should not apply Why
