This opportunity involves working three 12-hour night shifts per week, offering focused, in-depth patient care during overnight hours. Rotating weekends and holiday shifts are part of this contract position, allowing for a dynamic and engaging work schedule. Responsibilities include monitoring patient conditions closely, administering medications, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans, and responding promptly to changes in patient status. Your expertise in step-down nursing will be vital to ensuring optimal outcomes for patients requiring close observation and specialized interventions.
