Responsibilities: Clinical Leadership: Lead comprehensive diagnosis
and treatment planning while delivering high-quality dentistry and
an exceptional patient experience. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with non-clinical partners—including Talent, Finance,
HR, and IT—to support efficient operations and practice growth.
Patient-First Care: Create a welcoming, patient-centered
environment where individuals feel comfortable, valued, and
confident in their care. Qualifications: DDS or DMD from an
accredited dental program with an active, unrestricted state
license 1–2 years of post-residency clinical experience preferred;
