Hybrid (Telehealth In-Person) Compensation : Up to $70/hour (based
on billable services provided) Aster Mental Health, a
physician-founded and female-led private practice, is expanding and
looking for Licensed Mental Health Clinicians to join our
supportive, client-centered team. This hybrid role includes both
telehealth and in-person sessions at our bright, modern Braintree,

Health Clinicians We're looking for dedicated and compassionate
professionals to provide therapy to adults and/or adolescents in a
hybrid model of care. Required Licensure (Massachusetts or

Opportunities for growth & leadership What We’re Looking For: Fully
licensed in MA (or willing to obtain) Strong diagnostic and
treatment planning skills Experienced in evidence-based therapy for
adults and/or adolescents Timely and accurate documentation
(ideally same-day notes) Able to collaborate with colleagues and
external providers Available to offer at least 15 client sessions
per week Can commit to one day in office per week (flexibility to
be in the office more frequently as requested) Team-oriented with
strong communication skills Tech-comfortable and solution-focused
