to serve unhoused patient population in Providence, Rhode Island.
Outpatient Primary Care clinic A rewarding opportunity to bring
quality care to an underserved unhoused patient population working
in a well-equipped lovely new clinic setting on Broad Street in the
heart of Providence: Collaborate with a terrific team of clinicians
and specialists. Support from dedicated medical assistant, RN and
clinic staff. Provide primary care for patients experiencing
homelessness About Providence Community Health Centers: PCHC has
500 employees caring for more than 80,000 patients at eight
neighborhood-based clinics in Providence. PCHC has been serving the
residents of Providence since 1968, and currently operates 8
neighborhood-based outpatient primary care clinics and two express
care clinics. Our physicians find Rhode Island an amazing place to
call home – from ocean beaches to farmers' markets, college towns
to rural communities, and outdoor activities to a thriving arts and
restaurant community. One hour to Boston. Nearby mountains in NH,
VT and ME. Three hours to NYC. Primary Care Physician
Qualifications and Skills: Board-certified or board-eligible Family
MD or DO with experience and interest in community health and
patient-centered care; Licensed/eligible in Rhode Island; Basic
Life Support (BLS) certification; Multi-lingual and multi-cultural
