Your primary goal is to work closely with the Director of PCNT to provide leadership and direction to the entire PCNT team and to make sure they continue to deliver exceptional care to critically ill patients. You will work collaboratively with the entire PCNT staff, physicians, and other disciplines within the hospital to create a system of safe, quality health care.
