Join a dedicated team committed to excellence and support Veterans through specialized Compensation & Pension exams and Separation Health Assessments across Lincoln and Lebanon, NH. Required Skills: Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or General Medicine Valid medical license in the state of New Hampshire Experience with or willingness to perform Compensation & Pension (C&P) exams Strong interview skills and ability to conduct physical assessments such as range of motion and muscle strength testing Excellent communication and professionalism Ability to work independently within a 50-mile radius of designated locations Nice to Have Skills: Previous experience with Veterans health assessments Familiarity with federal insurance and assessment protocols Knowledge of documentation and reporting requirements related to VA examinations Preferred Education and Experience: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution Prior experience in primary care, internal medicine, or similar specialties Proven track record in completing compensation and pension exams preferred but not required Other Requirements: Own office facilities within a 50-mile radius of Lincoln or Lebanon, NH Ability to perform assessments on a PRN (as-needed) basis with ongoing engagements Commitment to accuracy and timely submission of reports and addendums Willingness to complete all required training and perform initial exams to qualify for a one-time bonus This opportunity features competitive flat-rate compensation, weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), and a robust referral bonus program. Rates are as follows: Half-day (4 hours or less): $800 flat rate Full day (5 hours or more): $1,600 flat rate One-time bonus of $650 for completing all training and initial exams Travel costs are included, and no overtime or holiday rates apply.
