MetaSense, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Lebanon, New Hampshire. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/06/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Title: Temp - RN - Med/Surg (Nights) Lebanon, NH "Local" travelers - who reside within 50 miles of facility, will not be considered for this need Description - Ability to formulate an individual plan of care, revise plan as indicated by the patient's response to treatment and evaluate overall plan for effectiveness. - Coordinates and supervises patient care, as necessary. - Demonstrates an ability to organize and prioritize job function. - Utilizes assessment data to identify patient care needs, to include patient education and discharge planning. - Recognizes and reports abnormal assessment data and incorporates findings into the plan of care: validates and revises expected outcomes based on assessment. - Accurately and legibly documents all patient care activities, including but not limited to, wound assessment, patient care teaching, demonstrated progress toward goals, medication administration, nursing flow sheets and all assessment forms. - Delegates tasks to the health care team members appropriately. of beds: 19 Patient population: Pediatric-Geriatric Nurse to patient ratio: 1:5 possible 1:7 on Nights EMR: EPIC Dress code: Any color scrubs Requirements BLOCK SCHEDULING WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED - 3 years CURRENT MS experience [required] - Previous travel experience required (at least 6 mos) [required] - Tele/Progressive Care Experience - [PREFERRED] - EPIC EMR experience - [REQUIRED] - Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need - Perm address must be included in profile Certification Requirements ACLS Certification Requirements BLS State License Requirements New Hampshire - Compact Allowed: True Additional License Requirements Active NH or Compact License is required at time of submission.
