Join a team of RNs, LNAs, APRN, and Social Workers to provide care to patients with Alzheimer's, Dementia, and other mental health issues. Practice will be based on identified principles and standards of care. Responsibilities will include patient assessment, medical administration, treatment planning, and participation in quality improvement activities. Candidates must meet the necessary qualifications and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality care to patients.
