Locations: 300 Ocean Avenue – Revere Position Summary: In
collaboration with co-leadership and senior management, the Senior
Director participates in organizational strategic planning,
performance improvement initiatives, and the development of
management standards that ensure compliance with regulatory
requirements and alignment with stakeholder expectations. The
successful candidate will be able to perform the following
responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & Organizational Alignment
Integrate the Health Center’s strategic priorities into the
operational oversight of assigned departments and facilities. Serve
as a key contributor to internal and external stakeholders,
including patients, providers, staff, community partners, and
local, state, and federal entities. Promote and operationalize the
Health Center’s vision through: Strong financial performance and
fiscal accountability Sustainable growth and access to services
Employee engagement and patient-centered care Patient Access and
Patient Experience Collaborate with clinical and administrative
leaders to develop and advance high-quality, efficient clinical
care models that improve patient engagement and outcomes across
main and satellite facilities People Leadership & Workforce
Development Provide direct supervision, mentorship, and leadership
to assigned managers and directors. Support recruitment, hiring,
onboarding, and training of a diverse and high-performing
management team. Conduct performance evaluations and provide
ongoing coaching and feedback. Partner with Administrative
Directors, Directors, and Managers to ensure staff competency
through education, training, and professional development
initiatives. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork,
inclusion, and continuous improvement. Operational Excellence &
Service Delivery Develop, implement, and monitor systems that
support efficient, high-quality service delivery. Monitor patient
flow, access, and volume to optimize operational performance and
patient experience. Collaborate with leadership on the development
and implementation of new programs and services aligned with
organizational strategy. Support customer satisfaction and patient
feedback initiatives, including staff training and performance
monitoring. Lead or support departmental performance improvement
and quality initiatives, including outcome measurement and
reporting. Collaborate with clinical and administrative leadership
in the design and redesign of care delivery models. Foster strong
collaboration across departments and with external community
partners. Partner with Human Resources to promote cultural
competence through training, standards, and service design. Support
marketing and outreach efforts to increase awareness and
utilization of services. Assist with the development and
implementation of Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH), ACO,
capitated programs, and community health initiatives. Other Duties:

with or without notice. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s Degree in
Health Care Administration or related work experience in Business
Administration or related field. Master’s preferred. Demonstrated
record of experience at mid- or upper management level positions, 5
years of experience in health care preferred. Strong understanding
of healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, and performance
improvement. Experience managing budgets, personnel and
departmental resources. Proven executive leadership, judgment, and
communication skills. Exceptional problem-solving and
conflict-resolution abilities. Ability to handle sensitive and
confidential matters with professionalism and discretion. The
ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Work Environment &
Physical Requirements This position operates in a professional
office and clinic environment. Regularly required to sit, stand,
walk, and use hands to operate a computer and other office
equipment. Must be able to remain in a stationary position for
extended periods while performing administrative and computer-based
tasks. Occasionally required to lift or move items weighing up to
20 pounds (such as files, office supplies, or small equipment).
Must have adequate visual acuity, hearing, and manual dexterity to
perform essential job functions. May occasionally move between
clinic and administrative areas and be exposed to a typical
clinical setting. Expected to follow all NeighborHealth and OSHA
safety policies and procedures, including maintaining a safe and
ergonomic work environment. Salary : Starting at $125,840 and up to
