Job Description Job Description JOB TITLE: Quality Inspector
POSITION REPORTS TO: Quality Manager POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible
for the quality of product, product assembly, and packaging in all
areas of manufacturing. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: MUST HAVE
EXPERIENCE AS A QUALITY INSPECTOR AND MUST HAVE CONSISTENT
LONGEVITY IN POSITIONS Perform thorough examinations of all
materials and finished products Conduct and report internal audits
and evaluations Implement and improve quality control operating
procedures Identify and troubleshoot equipment problems and defects
Participate in routine visual inspections Maintain a clean and safe
environment work Document and record control; Control the
non-conformance area (inventory, disposition, and associated
costs.) QUALIFICATIONS: Previous work experience in quality
control, quality assurance, or other related fields is desirable.
Strong attention to detail Strong analytical and critical thinking
skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient
with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint);
SUPPLEMENTAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Performs additional duties as directed.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: High School education or
equivalent
