Job Description:

Assists Operations Manager with: Oversee computer systems and all other office related equipment Prepare and deliver monthly billing to Canal St. and DPH Prepare and submit weekly staff payroll and assist staff and Bay Cove payroll department with payroll questions Coordinate vacation requests and maintain updated staff scheduling bi-weekly File client charts monthly Submit all work orders to Properties, IT, etc. as necessary Prepare and maintain all personnel files Process/reconcile and submit check requests, credit card statements and petty cash as needed Attend monthly staff meeting and weekly supervision with the Program Director and Operations Manager Coordinate data entry for the EIM/ESM system Order all necessary office and program supplies for each department Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Operations Manager Supervisory Responsibilities: N/A
