This position will be part of our client program team and
responsible for the direction, quality and execution of high
volume, national, fast-paced remodel and rebranding projects. The
position is responsible for the successful execution of assigned
projects. You will provide direction, support and facilitate the
planning and coordination of all construction activities to ensure
that the program/project objectives are accomplished. These
responsibilities are achieved through successful: Pre-Job Planning,
Exit Strategy/Post-Job Review, Short Interval Planning, Job Cost
Control, and Trade Contractor Coordination.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- BS Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related
- Minimum 5-7 years of General Construction Project Management
experience with high volume remodel/rebranding programs,
- Minimum 2 years retail, restaurant and/or banking construction
- Excellent MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook skills required.
MS Project, and Timberline/Sage experience a plus.
- OSHA-10, preferred.
- Travel required, as needed.
Knowledge Skills & Abilities
- Strong technical and communication skills (written/verbal) is
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Project and
- Organized, strong ability to manage multiple ongoing
- Client Service oriented.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
