We remain committed to raising awareness and joining efforts of justice, equity, and inclusion.As the Mental Health Family Clinician, you will carry a small caseload of five families allowing for greater opportunity to have a significant impact on the lives of youth and their families as you learn and grow in a team-centric, multi-disciplinary environment (see link below for testimonials from current team members!). Working with youth and families in their communities offers the unique lens to create lasting change for an entire family system while the "wraparound" approach expands your knowledge of various systems, including schools, hospitals, and therapeutic group care programs.This is a salaried position that allows for flexibility in the clinical work with the families as well as in your schedule. The team utilizes a strengths-based approach to achieve positive outcomes family-wide without the constraints of the insurance system.What you will be doing to make a difference--- Our clinicians have the benefit of a 360 degree view of our clients to inform intensive clinical and case management across multiple systems and levels of care. Create collaborative treatment plans with families and youth that include family therapy, individual skill building, care coordination and crisis intervention through cultural and trauma-informed lenses. Experience working with clinically complex cases and formulate effective treatment interventions. Experience with crisis management and safety planning.
