We will provide licensed supervision and training towards your licenseNot licensed eligible? Opportunities for education towards licensure may be available. - Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Counseling Psychology or related field required - Preferred MA state professional clinical license - Knowledgeable about trauma-informed care, evidence-based interventions and adolescent and family systems issues - Residential experience preferred - Able to learn, carry out and be certified in CPI physical interventions, and de-escalation techniques, MAP, CPR and First Aid - MAP (Medication Administration Program) Certification preferred - Valid MA driver's license - Acceptable CORI, SORI and DEEC background record check including fingerprintingBay State Community Services is an equal opportunity employer.
