$1,000 Sign-on Bonus- New Payment Schedule

(Half paid at 30 days and the remainder at 3 months!)

Job Summary

As a Master's Level Clinician in our Residential Services Program in Weymouth, you will have the opportunity to work intensively with a small group of youths and his/her/their families/kinships.

What will you be doing to make a difference...

Providing clinical leadership to the team
Learning about and working with multiple systems including courts, schools, and state agencies
Assisting youth in developing coping skills
Facilitating clinical groups for youth
Providing family therapy and individual therapy services when needed

Not licensed yet? We will provide licensed supervision and training towards your license

Not licensed eligible? Opportunities for education towards licensure may be available.

Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Counseling Psychology or related field required

Preferred MA state professional clinical license

Knowledgeable about trauma-informed care, evidence-based interventions and adolescent and family systems issues

Residential experience preferred

Able to learn, carry out and be certified in CPI physical interventions, and de-escalation techniques, MAP, CPR and First Aid

MAP (Medication Administration Program) Certification preferred

Valid MA drivers license

Acceptable CORI, SORI and DEEC background record check including fingerprinting
