We will provide licensed supervision and training towards your licenseNot licensed eligible? Opportunities for education towards licensure may be available. Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Counseling Psychology or related field required Preferred MA state professional clinical license Knowledgeable about trauma-informed care, evidence-based interventions and adolescent and family systems issues Residential experience preferred Able to learn, carry out and be certified in CPI physical interventions, and de-escalation techniques, MAP, CPR and First Aid MAP (Medication Administration Program) Certification preferred Valid MA driver's license Acceptable CORI, SORI and DEEC background record check including fingerprintingBay State Community Services is an equal opportunity employer.
