Duties:
Floats to all North Branches as needed.
Under the general supervision of the Branch Manager, this
individual will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical
and teller-related duties providing assistance and service to the
membership in accordance with established policies. The duties will
include but are not be limited to: Processing a variety of
transactions including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing,
mortgage and loan payments etc.; maintaining and balancing a cash
drawer; processing necessary documentation for all transactions
affected by the Bank Secrecy Act; Responding to member inquiries
relative to RFCU policies and procedures; participating in
cross-selling efforts.
Performs other duties as required or assigned.
Requirements:
Equivalent to a High School diploma. Previous cash handling and
member contact experience preferred. Ability to communicate
effectively with members and staff; Ability to perform work with
accuracy and attention to detail; Willingness to sell Credit Union
services; ability to type and to operate a computer keyboard
terminal, adding machine and check scanner.
