Client DetailsGenerating $500M in annual revenue, my long-time is known as one of New England's go-to GCs for the design-build of ground-up commercial construction projects, mainly in the multifamily, health-care, and higher-education sectors throughout the state of MA. • Oversees daily operations at a construction site
• Leads daily morning meetings with the entire crew
• Hires, trains, and manages construction workers
• Follows construction drawings and approved plans
• Uses popular construction management software
• Orders necessary equipment, tools, and materials
• Helps to set and stick to the budget and schedule
• Writes daily logs and other necessary documentation
• Makes sure all local, state, and national business codes and regulations are followed
• Ensures that the team adheres to all company policies and safety protocolsProfile
  • 5+ years of experience as the Lead Superintendent on ground-up commercial construction projects - multifamily, health-care, and/or higher-education sectors - oversight of various scopes of work ranging from foundation, structure and facade through MEP to interior rough and finish
  • MA-CSL & OSHA 30
