Job Title: Lead Ping Identity SME (IAM Specialist)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Ping Identity Subject
Matter Expert (SME) to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of
our Identity and Access Management (IAM) infrastructure using the Ping Identity
suite. This role is critical to the successful execution of our Ping project,
which includes the full spectrum of Ping products such as Ping DS, AM, IDM,
IG, Authorize, and Identity Platform.


Key Responsibilities
Design and implement end-to-end

IAM solutions using the full Ping Identity product stack.
Configure and manage Ping


Directory Services (DS), Access Management (AM), Identity
Management (IDM), Identity Gateway (IG), and Ping Authorize.
Build and maintain authentication,

authorization, user provisioning, and directory services.
Collaborate with

cross-functional teams including security, cloud, and application teams to
integrate IAM into broader enterprise architecture.
Lead troubleshooting and

performance tuning efforts for Ping components.
Provide expertise in identity


governance, SAML/OAuth/OIDC, and API security.
Ensure compliance with security

policies and best practices in identity management.


Required Qualifications


5+ years of hands-on


experience with the Ping Identity suite.
Multiple successful implementations


of Ping solutions in production environments.
In-depth knowledge of IAM

protocols including SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, LDAP,
and SCIM.
Strong background in identity


lifecycle management, authentication flows, and authorization
policies.
Familiarity with ForgeRock


IAM solutions is highly desirable (due to product lineage).


Preferred
Experience with containerized


deployments, especially:
Blue-Green


deployment strategy
Deploying

on AWS EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service)
Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD


pipelines involving IAM.
Knowledge of security best

practices and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
