we have a functional service provider solution, which is a unique
partnership that allows our customers to leverage the experience of

experience working onsite at a pharmaceutical/ biopharmaceutical
company, all while maintaining full-time benefits.Key
responsibilities:
- Support routine testing of plate-based assays such as ELISA,
MSD, and AlphaLISA methods.
- Involve with routine testing of flow cytometry, cell-based
assays, sample preparation, cell count and cell viability assays
for different cell and gene therapy programs.
- Perform basic data acquisition and statistical analysis with
clear and concise documentation in electronic lab notebooks and
present to internal teams as necessary.
- Collaborate cross functionally across different teams (PD, AD
and other external partners) to ensure timely delivery of data and
information.
- Some weekend work/Holiday work is necessary for the job.
- Assist with lab organization and compliance with lab safety
protocols.
- This position is lab-based and requires 80% lab testing and 20%
sample/data managementEducation and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in lab sciences such as Chemistry,
Biochemistry, Material Science, Immunology, Biology, Molecular
Biology or similar
- Scientist: Previous experience that provides the knowledge,
skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2+
years')
- OR Masters degreeIn some cases, an equivalency, consisting of a
combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly
related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual
to meet the requirements of the role.Knowledge, Skills and
Abilities:
- Hands-on experience with different immuno-based assays such as
MSD, ELISA, AlphaLISA.
- Hands-on experience and technical proficiency with mammalian
cell culture, and aseptic techniques, flow cytometry, potency and
PCR techniques.
- Experience with or understanding robotic liquid handers
(Hamilton or other) for automated sample preparation.
- Understanding process development for cell and gene therapy
products.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail with the proven
ability to solve problems and to work effectively as a member of a
multidisciplinary team, adaptable, multitasking, goal and timeline
oriented, and strategic thinker.Working Environment:Below is listed
