facility in Taichung.Position Overview:The Associate Director of
Market Access Marketing will lead the development and execution of
market access–focused marketing campaigns and content that enable
payer, GPO, patient support and access field teams to drive
awareness, understanding, and appropriate utilization of the
company’s programs. This role is responsible for end-to-end
campaign execution, content strategy, Medical-Legal-Regulatory
(MLR) review management, and external creative agency leadership.
This individual will serve as a central integrator—translating
access strategy into compliant, high-impact materials while
ensuring efficient workflows, strong cross-functional
collaboration, and consistent brand execution across access
channels.Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, development, and
execution of integrated market access marketing materials aligned
to brand and access strategies Build access-focused messaging
frameworks, value propositions, and content strategies across
payer, GPO, IDN, and field enablement audiences Translate complex
reimbursement, coverage, and value narratives into clear,
compelling, and compliant materials Partner closely with
cross-functional stakeholders including Brand Marketing, Medical
Affairs, sales, and legal to ensure access materials align with
broader cross-functional strategies Partner closely with market
access teams including National Accounts, GPO and Corporate
Accounts, Channel, Field Access, and Patient Services teams to lead
and develop compliant customer specific initiatives that drive
greater product and patient outcomes. Manage content lifecycle from
concept through inventory management, refresh, sunset, and
optimization Ensure content consistency, accuracy, and alignment
with approved claims and positioning Serve as the primary owner of
the MLR submission and review process for market access marketing
materials Develop and manage submission timelines, review cycles,
and revision workflows Lead day-to-day management of external
creative agencies and vendors Develop clear briefs, scopes of work,
timelines, and success criteria Manage agency contracting, budgets,
performance, and ongoing optimization Cross-Functional
Collaboration Serve as a key point of contact for market access
marketing initiatives Measurement & Continuous Improvement Define
and track campaign and content performance metrics Incorporate
insights and feedback to optimize future campaigns and materials
QualificationsRequired: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree
a plus 5-7 years of pharmaceutical or biotech marketing experience
with a focus on market access Has experience working in similar
markets with payer restrictions, hubs, and adherence programs
Strong understanding of MLR processes and regulatory requirements
Proven experience managing creative agencies and external vendors
Preferred: Experience supporting payer, GPO, or access field teams
Familiarity with reimbursement and value communication strategies
Oncology and/or rare disease experience a plus Experience in launch
or high-growth environments The expected salary range for this
position based on greater Boston, MA location is $160,000-$200,000.
Actual salary pay will be based on multiple factors, including
geographic location, experience, qualifications, and other
