Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Analyst - GRC.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business and IT needs, documenting detailed IT
architectures and validating with stakeholders
Identify client interface requirements and collaborate with
analysts, designers, and developers on business rules and data
transformations
Document and propose improvements for IT processes and execute
functional, integrated, or acceptance test plans
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree in computer science, administration, or a related
field with 5-7 years of similar experience
Knowledge of Lean/Agile principles and ability to apply them in a
team setting
Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, PowerBI, and
ServiceNow; familiarity with testing tools is a plus
Strong command of English (oral and written) is mandatory
Knowledge of the insurance industry and compliance risks is an
asset
