Sell a minimum of 60 new policies per month by delivering
consistent results
Navigate various insurers' products and agent portals to find
optimal insurance options
Manage leads from start to finish across multiple contact channels
(Phones, SMS, email)
Required Qualifications
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Relentless ambition with a desire for a rewarding sales
environment
Deep multi-carrier experience in identifying suitable products for
customers
Proactive and self-motivated in driving sales and developing
strategies
Hyper-comfortable with ambiguity and adapting to frequent
changes
