Junior Marketing Assistant Attributes: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven track record of success in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and a self-starter. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Proficiency in CRM software Junior Marketing Assistant Duties: Proactively identify potential customers, initiate contact through residential interactions, present AT&T products and services, and successfully complete sales transactions. Build rapport with customers, address their needs and concerns, and provide ongoing support to foster long-term satisfaction and repeat business. Clearly and comprehensively explain the features, benefits, and value of AT&T products and services, using engaging demonstrations to showcase functionality. Consistently meet or surpass established sales goals through effective lead generation, persuasive presentations, and successful deal closures. Offer attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly assistance to customers from initial contact through post-sale follow-up, ensuring a positive experience. Work cooperatively with colleagues to brainstorm, plan, and execute innovative approaches to sales, aiming to maximize team performance and achieve collective goals. Actively engage in team discussions, attend workshops, and complete training programs to continuously improve sales techniques, communication skills, and understanding of AT&T offerings. Meticulously document all customer interactions, sales details, and relevant data in designated systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness for reporting and analysis.
